Compensation:
- Salary: $29.00-$39.40/hr based on experience
- Shift Differential: $1.00
- Pay in Leiu of Benefits Option: Additional $4.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the nursing care in a particular department or shift.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and adjust patient care plans as necessary.
- Lead communication with patients, families, and physicians regarding patient care.
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse ( RN ) certification in the state of Alabama.
- Experience as a charge nurse or in a similar leadership role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A commitment to providing high-quality care and hospitality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
