What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Project Technician (58382) position at WOODLAND POND INC?
The Maintenance Project Technician completes assigned projects working independently or with other staff
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (*CF indicates Critical Function)
- Completes Work Order information and other required logs on Worxhub using provided tablets and computers(*CF)
- Completes assigned tasks such as: kitchen cabinet replacement, door installation, bathroom renovation, ceramic tile work, concrete work, light plumbing and electrical, drywall, etc. (*CF)
- Responsible for comprehensive project completion; planning, ordering, demo, coordination/communication, finishing, cleanup, documentation
- Has “ownership” of project completion, quality and timeframe (*CF)
- Effectively communicates with Director and all other stakeholders in project completion
- Maintains assigned and company tools, supplies, materials in working order
- Works alone and/or with others performing trade-skilled, and non-skilled tasks
- Provides direction to other WPNP staff assigned to project(s)
- Completes all required training and in-services (*CF)
- All other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- High school diploma, or HSE
- Demonstrated successful experience and competency completing multi-trade skill projects
- Proficiency with computers and standard office software
- Valid NYS Drivers License
