WOODLAND POND CONFORMANCE STATEMENT

Position Summary
The Compliance Inspector conducts inspections of both WPNP and resident owned items in accordance with WPNP policy on NPCREE and NYSDOH regulations and requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (*CF indicates Critical Function)
- Completes annual inspection and tagging of all items required by NPCREE (*CF)
- Researches and prints product specifications in accordance with WPNP NPCREE Policy(*CF)
- Conducts other inspections required by regulations or policy (*CF)
- Maintains documentation of all inspections in accordance with WPNP practices and policies (*CF)
- Works alone and/or with others performing maintenance tasks and work orders
- Communicates to supervisors and other staff about assigned work.
- Completes all required training and in-services
- All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Qualifications
- High school diploma, or HSE
- Ability to identify and differentiate colors
- Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, memo, and instruction manuals
- Ability to multitask
- Experience and ability to successfully use standard software (Word, Excel, Email)
- Demonstrated knowledge of appropriate skills for communicating with individuals of all ages, especially the geriatric population
Salary : $20 - $22
