About the Role
As a Professional Non-CDL Driver, you will:
- Lead or assist moving crews in packing, loading, transporting, and unloading household goods
- Deliver excellent service and represent the company with a professional demeanor and clean-cut appearance
- Operate assigned vehicles safely
- Maintain clear communication with customers and team members
Requirements
- 21 years old with a valid Real ID driver’s license
- Must have a clean driving record
- No degree required
- Must pass a mandatory pre‑employment drug test
- Must pass a mandatory pre‑employment background check
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs without assistance
- Professional appearance, reliable transportation to our southern Louisville, KY facility, and clear communication in English
