What You’ll Own
This is not a routine bookkeeping role—you will own core financial accuracy and revenue integrity:
- Manage daily invoicing in QuickBooks across multiple contract types
- Identify and capture all billable services to ensure complete revenue recognition
- Perform daily revenue audits to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Apply payments, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies quickly
- Oversee accounts receivable and actively follow up on outstanding balances
- Prepare accurate, audit-ready invoice and financial packages
- Support internal and external audits with organized documentation and reporting
- Maintain clean, structured, and up-to-date accounting records and systems
- Deliver accurate month-end financials on strict deadlines
- Manage deposits, transactions, and account reconciliations with precision
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and partners
- Respond quickly to inquiries and resolve issues without escalation delays

Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or 2 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently
- Experience in transportation, logistics, or moving industry is a plus
- Familiarity with systems like Syncada, DPS, or EasyDPS is a bonus
