What You’ll Own
You won’t just “do bookkeeping”—you’ll take full ownership of critical financial operations:
- Drive daily invoicing accuracy in QuickBooks across diverse contract terms
- Identify and capture all billable revenue opportunities—nothing slips through the cracks
- Conduct daily revenue audits to ensure every service is accounted for and paid
- Apply payments, resolve discrepancies fast, and keep accounts clean and reconciled
- Take charge of A/R—actively pursue outstanding balances and keep cash flow moving
- Submit complete, audit-ready invoice packages with precision and speed
- Support internal and external audits with confidence and organization
- Maintain and optimize accounts, records, and billing systems
- Communicate clearly with internal teams, clients, and partners to keep everything aligned
- Deliver accurate month-end financials on deadline—no excuses
- Manage deposits, transactions, and financial records with discipline
- Keep all accounting data structured, current, and reliable
- Respond quickly to inquiries and solve problems without hand-holding

Qualifications
- Accounting degree or 2 years of hands-on bookkeeping/accounting experience
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Pro, Microsoft Office, and standard business systems
- Solid understanding of accounting principles
- Analytical mindset with strong organizational and investigative skills
- Clear, professional communication (written and verbal)
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and see tasks through to completion
- Experience in the transportation industry and/or with Syncada, DPS, or EasyDPS is a plus!
