Duties
- Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of materials, tools, and equipment to support various phases of construction
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently, conducting minor repairs when necessary
- Follow strict safety regulations, including OSHA standards, respiratory protection protocols, and workplace safety procedures
- Assist with climbing structures or scaffolding as needed for high-reach tasks or inspections
- Support equipment maintenance and repair activities to keep tools and machinery in optimal condition
Skills
- Proven experience in industrial or heavy construction environments with a strong understanding of construction workplace safety regulations
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues and performing minor repairs
