What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laborer/Helper position at Rocki Road Construction LLC?
Rocki Road Construction is looking to ad a helper, laborer to assist owner/operator, were a small business that does a variety of Construction jobs throughout Western New York. We specialize in foundation and structural repairs and waterproofing and no 2 jobs are the same. One day we might be framing a cabin, the next week we might be pouring concrete foundations and lifting a home. We go where the money is and I currently have jobs booked out thru the year. I am a Army Veteran and run a tight business, my customers pay top dollar for the work, but also they pay for morals, values, and professionalism. My perfect canidate is someone that has a dedicated drive and willing to learn when they dont know. Id even take on someone as entry level so long as theyre eager to learn. Were around and using heavy equipment, so I need someone that can detach from there cell phone for work hours, and there is plenty of oppurtunity to run equipment, but is not solely an operator position. Pay depends on ambition and expirience, but there is room for growth. You must have reliable transportation or be able to be dropped at site, or my shop to make the truck for the day.
Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
