The position works in our residential crisis units in our Willmar office location. Full time position (80 hours every two weeks) working both day (7:00 am - 3:30 pm) and evening (3:00 pm - 11:30 pm) shifts, including every other weekend day shift (7:00 am - 3:30 pm).
Full time position (80 hours every two weeks) working swing shift (10:00 am - 6:30 pm primarily, including every other weekend day shift (7:00 am - 3:30 pm).
Behavioral Health Practitioner: $24.97/hour
Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker: $22.47/hour
These positions qualify for Woodland Centers’ excellent benefit package, shift differential ($1.50/hour and $2.50/hour) and incentives for picking up extra shifts.
Job Duties:
- Teach individual rehabilitative skills to children, adolescents, and adults.
- Communicate with clients, families, and outside agencies while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide assessment, intervention, and stabilization services.
- Provide a safe and supportive environment.
Requirements:
- Must have experience in the human services field OR new graduates in the field of behavioral sciences or human services are encouraged to apply!
- Must meet the DHS requirements for Behavioral Health Practitioner or Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker.
- Must be 21 years old or older and have the ability to pass a background check.
- Requires computer skills for electronic health record entry.
