Woodland Builders is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects from planning through final completion. This opportunity is ideal for a construction professional who thrives in leadership, scheduling, client communication, and delivering projects with high standards of quality.
What You'll Do
- Manage residential construction projects from kickoff through closeout
- Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, materials, and field operations
- Oversee quality control, timelines, and jobsite progress
- Using the Jobtread project management software
- Maintain budgets, schedules, and project documentation
- Communicate with homeowners throughout active projects
- Review plans, scopes of work, selections, and change orders
- Collaborate with estimating, design, and production teams
- Solve jobsite issues proactively and keep projects moving
- Lead meetings and ensure accountability across all parties
What You Bring
- 7-10 years of experience required in residential construction
- 2 years of construction estimating experience
- Prior Project Manager or Superintendent experience preferred
- Preference for CSL holders
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and sequencing
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple active projects at once
- Experience working with subcontractors and schedules
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
