Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality while managing project teams and client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and address any issues that arise.
• Utilize project management software (e.g., Procore) to track project progress and documentation.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the electrical sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with project management software, preferably Procore.
• Experience in commercial and multifamily projects is a plus.
