About the Employer
** F.J. White Learning Center serves our students in grades TK-2.
** Castle Rock Elementary School serves our students in grades 3-5.
** Woodlake Valley Middle School serves our students in grades 6-8.
** Woodlake High School serves grades 9-12 students, and the Three Rivers and Seville students join the district.
** Bravo Lake also serves students in grades 9-12 who need an alternative setting.
** Woodlake Community Day School serves students in grades 7-12.

This job works under the supervision of the Assistant Superintendent is done for the purpose/s of securing Substitutes for certificated and classified employees as needed.
Requirements / Qualifications
•Clerical experience; typing, checking, proofreading, filing, recording information on records, compiling information for and making reports and summaries;
•Answer the telephone, assist the public;
•Maintains files and records;
•Spanish speaking preferred but not required;

- Copy of Transcript (AA degree or at least 48 college units or passing score on the TCOE Instructional Aide Assessment Test)
- Letter of Introduction
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (requires three letters of recommendation)
- Proof of HS Graduation
