Our dynamic and industry-leading company is seeking a Cabinet Maker to join our Millwork division. We are a collaborative team of construction professionals, craftspeople, and architects who share a vision of exceptional design. We are looking to hire an experienced Cabinet Maker to work in our Millshop located in Brunswick, ME, who can support the success of our projects during the production and installation stages. Our team works Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm.
Qualified candidates will demonstrate the following:
- 3-5 years of experience in cabinet-making, woodworking, or a related trade required (or a strong foundation in hands-on work and eagerness to build these skills)
- Familiarity with woodworking tools and machinery
- Experience in spraying and finishing Millwork is a plus, but not required
- A broad understanding of the Millwork production and installation processes
- A dedication to fine details, yet an ability to see the big picture and meet production goals
- Solid problem-solving and communication skills
- An enthusiasm for craftsmanship and learning from others
- Willing to get your hands dirty and help with discrete moving and labor jobs
- A desire to learn Woodhull's best practices
- Commitment to safe work practices
- Highly self-motivated
- Team-oriented mindset and respect for diverse perspectives
Physical requirements:
- Ability to independently lift 50 lbs
- Ability to be on one's feet for an eight-hour workday
- Ability to use industry-standard woodworking machinery comfortably for a full day
