Form Tech Mold and Engineering, LLC. is a small group of dedicated expert mold makers/molders committed to providing world class, high value injection molds located in Biddeford, Maine.
Position Overview:
The candidate will be responsible for supporting the plastic injection mold making process.

and train others. The Injection Mold Maker reports to the General Manager.
Please note, this position is eligble for either Relocation Assistance or a Sign On Bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Build & Repair Plastic Injection Molds
- Program and operate CNC machinery with precision, efficiency and safety
- Utilize CAD/CAM software (Mastercam or Cimatron preferred)
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics
- Use precision measuring equipment to verify part accuracy
- Set up and operate various machine tools including lathes, mills, saws, grinders, and EDMs
- Inspect completed parts to ensure conformance with specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Perform additional tasks as needed to meet customer and production needs
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2-year technical degree in Tool & Die, Machining, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing tool room environment
- Strong knowledge of plastic injection mold making preferred
- Proficient with CAD/CAM software (Mastercam/Cimatron)
- Solid understanding of machining and toolroom equipment
- Self-motivated with a desire for continuous learning and improvement
- Strong commitment to teamwork, safety, and quality

Pay Range and Shift:
- Pay commensurate experience, OT as needed
- $10,000 Relocation Assistance
- 1 st Shift 7:00am-3:30pm
