Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Spa Coordinator based in Carmel, IN. The Spa Coordinator will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, welcoming clients, handling phone inquiries, and maintaining an atmosphere of professionalism and relaxation. Daily tasks also include providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative receptionist duties, and ensuring smooth spa operations while fostering a positive guest experience.
Qualifications
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure a positive guest experience.
Proficient in Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties to manage daily operations efficiently
- Strong Phone Etiquette to handle inquiries professionally
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain a seamless work environment
- Experience in spa or hospitality industries is a plus
- Retail experience is a plus
- Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
