Woodcrafters Incorporated is a 100% employee-owned commercial casework manufacturer (cabinets, countertops, and custom products).
Production Associate
We are currently seeking an individual for our production team. This position is responsible for the building and final assembly of cabinetry and related products. The position will start as temporary with full-time hours.
Department: Assembly
Reports to: Production Manager
Compensation: Hourly wage based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently assemble components to create finished products.
- Assure finished products meet quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with other team members and team leader to accomplish production goals.
- Learn to read and understand drawings and blueprints for components and products.
- Develop a complete understanding of the casework manufacturing processes.
- Follow standard company procedures.
Specifications/Requirements:
- Basic knowledge or experience with construction tools, tape measures, table saws, chop saws, machine operations or casework assembly helpful but not required.
- Self-motivated individual desired.
- Critical attention to detail.
- Organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills.
Highly Desired Skills
- Custom woodworking experience.
- A passion for woodworking or CNC operations.
- Finished Carpentry Skills.
