Responsibilities
- Operate dry-cleaning utility presses, pant presses and/or shirt presses
- Assist with assembly line tasks, ensuring customer orders are assembled accurately and efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area to promote a safe manufacturing environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while adhering to quality standards
- Conduct routine inspections of clothing to ensure proper compliance
Qualifications
- Prior factory, manufacturing facility, drycleaning or alterations experience is beneficial
- Ability to with stand high humidity and heat as this is a steam powered plant
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality standards
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new processes
What you can expect
- 8-10 hour days
- Day Shift Only
- Operation Monday - Thursday with occasional Friday when necessary
- 7am start time every day means no second guessing when you're supposed to work
