Woodcraft Millwork, a local manufacturing leader producing commercial architectural millwork,is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join their team. This position is currently at their Canton, MA location but will be relocating in February 2026 to 1299 County St, Attleboro, MA.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist with project management–related tasks, including but not limited to:
o Product and hardware submittals
o Sample transmittals
o Work order creation
o Work order report creation
o Change order creation
· Assist with production-related tasks, including but not limited to:
o Ensuring work orders are accurate and complete per the established work order creation process at the time of release
o Ensuring work order reports are properly completed at the time of work order release
o Updating other reports as needed
· Assist with administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
o Creating and maintaining Smartsheet reports and dashboards
o Providing clerical and administrative support to other departments as needed
All duties will be performed under the supervision of the Executive Director. Training will be provided by the appropriate department manager, as required.
