Example A Day in The Life
- Two hours before, complete final rehearsals for, then execute a monthly, 60-minute meeting with 100 AI Champions, including prepped answers to questions in a live chat, resource links, and three 2-minute guest speakers.
- Meet for 30 minutes to present your plan to the Senior Director for the quarterly Internal Advisory Board meeting, what will be reported, what will be asked, who will present, etc.
- Meet with a subcommittee of the External Advisory Board to align mentoring resources with teams within the Institute. Help develop and validate action items for you and the advisory board members to complete within the next month.
- Work on an AI agent to automate another 10% of your work.
- Connect with a UVU Marcomm specialist and review the results of the AI Champion meeting, gathering valuable advice to improve the next meeting and other deliverables.
- You celebrate another full day of growth.
- Collaborate with UVU Marcomm.
- Create and manage community building strategy and execution, keeping the three committees up to date on stable developments.
- Utilize feedback from the AI Champions to inform two other work groups in the AI Institute, and return and report back to the AI Champions on changes made.
- Share and distribute important AI resources to the AI Champions.
- Always ask: How can I improve the quality and quantity of results?
- Other diverse tasks and projects as assigned.
- Must be a currently enrolled UVU student.
- Successful history of community management indicating professional level expertise.
- Change Management through Community: Ability to get 100 people to spread information and drive adoption in their respective spaces.
- Ability to build and manage a community, work independently, and tie up loose ends autonomously and in collaboration with teammates.
- Leverage the communities to infuse energy, ideas, resources, and refined vision for existing/emerging AI programs, initiatives, events, and resources.
- You already use AI for a variety of daily tasks to generate a high volume of quality work.
- You have an eagerness to learn new mindsets and skills, you are often “self-taught.”
- You’re a top achiever, driven to create successful outcomes in difficult circumstances.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to observe other's energy, mood, interest, etc.
