Responsibilities
- Supervise children during after school hours, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Plan and implement engaging educational activities that support early childhood education and development
- Manage classroom behavior through effective behavior management strategies and positive reinforcement
- Assist with homework help, tutoring sessions, and skill-building exercises tailored to individual student needs
- Coordinate recreational activities such as sports coaching, arts and crafts, or theater to foster creativity and teamwork
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment aligned with childcare standards and safety protocols
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and behavior updates
- Apply first aid when necessary, following proper procedures to ensure child safety in case of minor injuries or emergencies
Skills
