Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM plus On-Call Rotation

We're looking for a Water Restoration Crew Chief who can lead by example, communicate confidently with customers, and keep projects moving from start to finish. This isn't a role where you sit back and wait for instructions. You'll be making decisions, guiding technicians, and helping customers through some of the toughest days they'll face.
What You'll Do
- Lead water restoration projects
- Perform water extraction, demolition, drying, and mitigation work
- Set up and monitor drying equipment and moisture readings
- Communicate with customers and keep them informed throughout the project
- Coordinate with project managers and other team members
- Complete job documentation, photos, and daily updates
- Ensure work is completed safely and according to industry standards
- Train and support restoration technicians on the job
