What you will be learning
- Professional behavior standards and workplace expectations.
- Assist in the preparation of construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Support construction‑related activities, including submittal reviews, Requests for Information (RFIs), and coordination efforts.
- Collaborate with engineers and design team members on layouts and drawings.
- Participate in proposal development and technical report writing.
- Currently enrolled in college pursuing a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
- Foundational knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and methods.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office. Training can be provided if needed.
- Ability to gather, organize and analyze engineering data.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
