Essential Functions
- Provides office and administrative support for assigned departments, including answering phones, greeting visitors, routing inquiries, taking messages, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date records, documentation, and filing systems—both electronic and hard copy—including files, forms, operational reports, and departmental inventories.
- Prepares, edits, and distributes correspondence, reports, agendas, meeting minutes, policies, and other documents as required, ensuring timely communication and compliance with organizational standards.
- Manages calendars, schedules, and related administrative tasks for department leadership, including payroll support, and monitoring employee time and attendance as applicable.
- Performs general clerical and administrative duties, including data entry, filing, scanning, copying, and preparing materials to support departmental operations.
- Coordinates and tracks departmental programs, projects, and committees, and operational initiatives, ensuring proper documentation, reporting, and follow-up.
- Orders, maintains, and monitors office supplies, equipment, and departmental inventories; assists with specialized administrative systems such as work orders, recall alerts, and compliance databases as needed.
- Prepare, prevent, protect and respond to support our culture of safety.
- Works hours per week in accordance with offer letter or per attributes of position at transfer request. May be expected to work longer hours as necessary.
