What are the responsibilities and job description for the Furniture Maker - Woodworker position at Wood and Weld Furniture?

You are:
5 years in a professional woodshop or furniture shop (not just DIY)
Confident with jointer, planer, table saw, track saw, router, sanders, clamps, and glue-ups
Comfortable reading simple drawings and thinking through joinery and assembly
Obsessed with fit, finish, and the small details that separate good from great
Calm, reliable, and easy to work with. You do it right the first time
You will:
Flatten, mill, and fill voids, and finish live-edge slabs
Build and fit bases, perform complex glue-ups and assemblies
Sand and finish to a luxury standard
Keep the shop clean, organized, and on schedule
Work closely with our shop manager to hit time budgets without cutting corners
We offer:
30 USD–40 USD/hr based on experience
