At our clinic, we provide Wondrous Kids Therapy services in occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy using a whole-child approach. We believe in supporting every aspect of a child’s development through play-based, relationship-centered, and family-focused care.

Position Summary
The Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistant works under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide individualized therapy services to children with developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and sensory-motor challenges.
This full-time position is ideal for a PTA who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and values creativity, teamwork, and meaningful relationships with children and families.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Provide engaging, play-based therapy sessions
- Document treatment sessions accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and administrative staff
- Educate caregivers on home activities and strategies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment
- Monitor client progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT
- Participate in team meetings and case conferences
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current Oklahoma PTA license in good standing
- Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates with pediatric passion are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy clinic environment
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
