We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized File Clerk to join our busy automotive dealership. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced office environment, have strong organizational skills, and take pride in accuracy, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- File and maintain dealership paperwork in an organized and timely manner.
- Scan, upload, and electronically organize documents.
- Prepare, sort, and archive sales, service, accounting, and DMV files.
- Retrieve files and documents as requested by management.
- Ensure all paperwork is complete and filed according to dealership procedures.
- Assist with document retention and shredding of outdated files.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Support the accounting and administrative teams with various clerical tasks.
- Perform general office duties such as copying, scanning, and data entry.
Qualifications
- Previous office or clerical experience preferred.
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and move file boxes weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently.
