Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Facilities Maintenance Manager role based in Branson, MO. The Facilities Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day facility operations, managing maintenance teams, and ensuring that preventive and corrective maintenance tasks are executed to maintain the building and its systems. The manager will also be involved in planning and prioritizing maintenance projects, ensuring the safety and functionality of all exhibits and equipment, and adhering to safety and building regulations.
Responsibilities:
· Ensure the safety of building for guests by completing daily walkthroughs, assisting with repairs, and following up on training, inspections, preventative maintenance assignments, maintenance logs, and repairs
· Plans, budgets, and schedules for facility and exhibit modifications and installations
· Oversees inspections of all equipment which may include exhibits, café, and kitchen departments
· Evaluates, redesigns, and modifies exhibits and displays mechanisms for exhibits ensuring their proper functioning
· Coaches and trains maintenance technicians
· Create work orders in the maintenance software and follows up with completed work orders to ensure work meets company standards
· Ensures department labor hours are being utilized to meet company needs
· Order parts, tools, and other items as needed to upkeep the facility and exhibits while maintaining the budget set by the General Manager
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills to effectively lead and manage maintenance teams
- Experience in Facility Management (FM) and Maintenance Management
- Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance and general Building Maintenance principles
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with safety standards and building regulations
- Knowledge of amusement park-specific systems and exhibits is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training are highly desired
- Physical ability to conduct site inspections and perform maintenance tasks as needed
