Role Description The Facilities and Maintenance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at WonderWorks in Branson, MO. This position oversees the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and safety of the facility, including building systems, attraction equipment, and public areas. Responsibilities include planning and performing preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinating repairs with vendors, monitoring safety and compliance standards, and maintaining accurate maintenance records. The manager leads and schedules the maintenance team, ensures timely response to facility issues, and collaborates with operations leadership to support a reliable, guest-ready attraction experience.
