Key Responsibilities:
- Greet new clients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer incoming phone calls, and help schedule appointments
- Conduct initial phone screenings, verification of benefits, and assist clients in completing intake forms
- Request and collect patient responsibility payment when needed
- Use our company vehicle to help transport clients
- Follow up with alumni clients to check in and offer continued support
- Assist with basic case management tasks and help connect clients with community resources
- Help out with social media content and basic marketing support
- Help with office and facility-related tasks to support smooth day-to-day operations.
- Friendly and approachable with strong communication skills
- Experience working in admissions or a call center setting
- Previous experience in a behavioral health
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks without getting overwhelmed
- Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- A team player who’s happy to help wherever needed

Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
