About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home pediatric therapy services.

• Full-Time
• Part-Time
• Create your own schedule

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized occupational therapy to children in their homes and community settings
• Develop and implement treatment plans supporting participation in daily activities
• Educate and train caregivers to encourage carryover at home
• Document sessions accurately in an easy-to-use EMR
• Travel to client locations within your service area
• Collaborate with a supportive team and supervising OT

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in California
• NBCOT Certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Passion for child- and family-centered care

Pay

• Part-time: $73-85/hour, plus additional compensation for drive time and mileage.
• Full-time: $119,000-$139,000/year, plus additional compensation for drive time and mileage.
