About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide in-home pediatric therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized occupational therapy treatments in home and community settings
• Carry out treatment plans developed by a supervising OT
• Educate and support caregivers to promote progress at home
• Document sessions accurately in our user-friendly EMR system
• Travel to client locations within your assigned service area
• Collaborate regularly with supervising OT and the care team

Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential
• Licensed to practice in California
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• A passion for child- and family-centered care

Pay

• Part-time: $55-65/hour, plus additional compensation for drive time and mileage.
• Full-time: $90,000-$106,000/year, plus additional compensation for drive time and mileage.
