We're looking for a driven, experienced Property Manager to lead the lease-up and daily operations of a high-end, luxury multifamily property in St. Louis. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build a community from scratch — setting the tone for resident experience, establishing operations, and filling the building with quality residents. Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the lease-up strategy from pre-leasing through stabilization
- Drive occupancy goals on an aggressive timeline
- Build, lead, and supervise the onsite team (leasing, concierge, maintenance, cleaning)
- Deliver an exceptional resident experience that reflects the premium nature of the property
- Develop and execute marketing and outreach strategies to generate traffic and convert prospects
- Manage rent collections, budgets, financial reporting, and NOI performance
- Maintain Class A property presentation, curb appeal, and amenity standards
- Coordinate closely with maintenance to ensure timely, high-quality service
- Monitor market trends and adjust pricing and leasing strategies to stay competitive
Qualifications
- Prior lease-up experience required — you've taken a property from empty to stabilized
- 3 years of property management experience (Class A / luxury multifamily preferred)
- Strong track record in leasing performance, resident relations, and team leadership
- Ability to manage budgets and drive NOI results
- Professional, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Someone who takes ownership, brings energy, and is excited to build something from the ground up
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $75,000 – $85,000 based on experience
