Working at Wonder Valley
As an On Call Bartender, you'll help create fun, memorable experiences during weddings, private events, and resort functions. You'll craft drinks with care, keep your bar organized and stocked, and deliver warm, efficient service in a beautiful, fast-paced environment
What You'll Do
- Provide professional and friendly bartending service during weddings, banquets, and private events
- Set up and break down the bar area before and after each event
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly and efficiently
- Check guest IDs to ensure legal drinking age compliance
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift
- Manage cash or drink ticket transactions as needed
- Follow all ABC regulations and company alcohol service policies
- Communicate with event leads, kitchen staff, and servers to ensure smooth service flow
- Monitor guest behavior and report any concerns to management promptly
What We're Looking For
- Previous bartending experience required (banquet or event experience preferred)
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Knowledge of popular drink recipes and service ettiquete
- Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability, especially on weekends and holidays
- Must have RBS Certification
