Overnight & Evening shifts. Overnight shifts will include a $1.50/hour shift differential.

Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional support and advocacy for clients in crisis situations.
- Assist clients in navigating legal and social services systems.
- Facilitate support groups and educational workshops.
- Collaborate with community organizations to enhance support services.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions.
- Promote awareness of domestic violence issues within the community.
- Engage in outreach activities to connect with potential clients.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience in crisis intervention or advocacy work is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent training and life experiences
- Ability to work with people of diverse cultural, social and economic backgrounds
- Familiarity with community resources and support services.
- Compassionate demeanor and a commitment to client confidentiality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of domestic violence issues and trauma-informed care.
