You will help assess client needs, provide interventiom and support and connect individuals with appropriate services. Responsibilities
- Conduct intake to assess level of services needed during crisis situations
- Provide immediate crisis intervention.
- Deliver ongoing individual and group services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and detailed notes.
- Collect data for grant purposes and monitor outcomes to ensure quality care delivery.
- Manage crisis situations in various environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human services field or equivalent work experience required.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients empathetically while maintaining professional boundaries.
