Summary

We are seeking a Registration staff member to join our team at the Women's Health Center of Southern Oregon. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the patient registration process, ensuring accurate and timely entry of patient data, insurance information, and financial details.
• Process daily payments, including copays and account balances, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist in managing patient medical records by ensuring accurate, timely scanning and filing of documents.
• Ensure completion of patient requests for FMLA and Short-Term Disability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an administrative role or front office coordination, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong initiative, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in office software and data entry systems.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
