Qualifications:Qualifications / Requirements:
- MD/DO
- Unrestricted State Medical License
- Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
- OB/GYN BC/BE (ABOG, AOBOG)
- Board certification required within 5 years of eligibility
- BLS
Salary : $3,500
