Women's Care Center is the nation's largest pregnancy resource center. Founded in 1984, the organization now serves 45,000 women annually from 39 centers in 12 states, including Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. Our mission is simple: to help pregnant women from our communities choose life for their babies, have healthier pregnancies, become better parents and take first steps to self-sufficiency.
Who We Are Looking For:
To help advance our mission, Women's Care Center is seeking a compassionate counselor and parenting class instructor for our pro-life pregnancy center in Plymouth, IN
This individual will:
- Have a strong pastoral presence, providing comprehensive supportive care, encouraging clients with goal orientation, and collaborating and/or directing other team members to ensure excellent client care and smooth center operations.
- Provide an atmosphere of caring and support to pregnant women and their families.
- Teach parenting skills to pregnant women and new mothers with provided curriculum.
- Model nurturing parenting techniques to expecting and young parents.
Qualifications:
- Passionate about the pro-life mission
- Spanish-speaking preferred
- Leadership experience
- Teaching experience
- Bachelor's degree
