What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Program Manager position at Women's and Children's Alliance?
POSITION SUMMARY
The Women’s and Children’s Alliance (WCA) is seeking a skilled, compassionate, and collaborative professional to serve as the Clinical Program Manager (CPM). This role provides leadership, supervision, and operational oversight of WCA’s counseling program serving survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and related trauma.
The CPM ensures high-quality, trauma-informed services through effective program management, staff support, and strong documentation and compliance practices. This role supervises clinicians, interns, and practicum students; manages service delivery, client flow, and waitlists; and supports staff development and performance. The role will also provide direct counseling services.
The CPM partners closely with a contracted Licensed Clinical Supervisor who provides required clinical supervision, consultation on complex cases, and oversight of clinical standards when the CPM does not hold an Idaho clinical license. The CPM conducts performance evaluations with input from the clinical supervisor and ensures the counseling program operates effectively and in alignment with WCA’s mission.
If the CPM holds an applicable Idaho clinical license and meets supervision requirements, the role may also include providing clinical supervision.
