What are the responsibilities and job description for the Freelance Photographer / Videographer position at Wolves Hospitality Group?
Wolves Hospitality Group is seeking a freelance Photographer & Videographer to support ongoing content production across our portfolio of restaurant and nightlife brands. This is a 1099 contractor role, compensated at a flat rate of $300 per shoot. Most shoots will take place during evenings and weekends in alignment with peak service hours.
The selected candidate will be responsible for executing on-site photo and video shoots within active restaurant environments, capturing high-quality, brand-aligned content without disrupting guest experience or service flow. Shoots will include food, interiors, ambiance, and live guest interactions.
This role is focused on capture, not post-production. However, all delivered assets must be properly color corrected and color graded, and delivered in a clean, usable format optimized for social media, digital marketing, and paid media use.
Scope of work, including shoot duration, deliverable expectations, and turnaround times, will be defined in advance of each session. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in fast-paced hospitality settings, able to adapt quickly, and maintains a professional presence during service hours.
All final deliverables will be owned by Wolves Hospitality Group for marketing and promotional use. The creator may retain rights for portfolio and self-promotional purposes unless otherwise specified. Additional services, extended shoot time, or expedited turnaround requests may be accommodated at an agreed-upon rate.
