Description

  • Manage Customer Accounts
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; following up to ensure resolution
  • Collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls/emails
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers
  • Act as the company gatekeeper
  • Work with Customer Service Manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Essential Physical Functions

  • When required, the ability to work on the production floor with exposure to dust, fumes, odors, loud noise, and varying temperatures.
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
