$133,400.00 - $238,400.00 USD

- The role is responsible for leading and expanding strategic data partnerships to drive business value and innovation.
- This role manages existing data partner relationships, identifies new opportunities, and ensures alignment with the company’s data strategy
- and goals.
- Success will be measured by the delivery of partnership objectives, advancement of data-driven initiatives, and achievement of revenue and strategic targets.
- The Associate Director will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams - data intelligence, product, technology, legal, and other senior management - to maximize the impact of data partnerships.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve the Data Partnership function, including frameworks, processes, and best practices for partner identification, onboarding, and management.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for expanding the company’s data partner ecosystem, aligning with business objectives and data strategy.
- Establish and maintain scalable processes for evaluating, contracting, and integrating new data partners, ensuring compliance with data governance and privacy standards.
- Build and lead cross-functional teams to support data partnership initiatives, collaborating with data science, product, technology, legal, and compliance stakeholders.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for data partnerships, including data quality, partner engagement, and business impact.
- Create and maintain documentation, playbooks, and training materials to support internal teams and partners in understanding and leveraging the data partnership function.
- Develop and nurture relationships with external data providers, industry consortia, and technology vendors to enhance the company’s data assets and capabilities.
- Lead the negotiation and management of data sharing agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Advocate for the value of data partnerships across WK, driving adoption and integration of partner data into products, analytics, and decision-making.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to inform the evolution of the data partnership function.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on the status, impact, and opportunities within the data partnership portfolio.
- Market Insight: Deep understanding of market trends and competitive positioning. Strong customer success and data stewardship mindset

- This role will adhere to Wolters Kluwer's Hybrid Work Model which requires the individual to be located within 50 miles of any Wolters Kluwer office and to work from the office a minimum of eight times a month.
