About the Role:
In the CX/UX Designer role, you will build upon your UX design foundation to take on more responsibility in shaping user experiences. You will engage in designing more detailed wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes while contributing to user research and usability testing efforts. This position allows you to further hone your skills and collaborate more closely with cross-functional teams.
Hybrid: Eight days a month we come together in the closest office (TX/KS/NJ/FL/GA/NY/IL) within 50 miles to experience the value of connecting with colleagues. You will report to the Lead CX/UX Designer and work under the leadership of the Director, CX/UX Design

Compensation:
$68,900.00 - $118,050.00 USD
This role is eligible for Bonus.

Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
