Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of end-to-end user experiences for complex, data-rich applications
- Translate legal tech and compliance workflows into intuitive, scalable interfaces
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma or Axure
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless design-to-development handoff
- Design and iterate on data visualizations and structured data interactions
- Define and maintain information architecture and user workflows
- Contribute to user research, usability testing, and A/B testing initiatives
- Understanding of eDiscovery, legal tech, or compliance workflows
- Experience designing AI-first or data-intensive applications
- Strong B2B SaaS UX background, especially in enterprise environments
- Expertise in data visualization and interaction design for structured data
- Information architecture and workflow design experience
- Proficiency in Figma, Axure, or similar tools
- Experience providing assets to front end developers for efficient design to dev handoff
- Familiarity with ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Experience working with data scientists or ML engineers
- User Research and A/B Testing knowledge
- Microcopy skills for clarity and trust in AI output
