What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restoration Laborer position at Wolgast Corporation?
Wolgast Restoration is seeking hardworking and dependable Laborers to join our team. In this role, you’ll assist with cleaning, demolition, and general labor tasks to help restore homes and businesses after water, fire, smoke, or mold damage.
Responsibilities:
Protect and secure damaged areas at job sites
Remove water, debris, and damaged materials
Clean and restore building interiors and personal contents
Perform light demolition and general clean-up tasks
Set up and maintain a safe work environment
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Assist with emergency jobs on a rotating on-call schedule (2-hour response)
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
Able to pass background check and drug screening
Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs, bending, climbing ladders, and standing for long periods
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Previous labor, cleaning, or restoration experience a plus (but not required)
