Candidate will be cleaning after fires, rebuilds, and other similar situations.
We at Central Restoration Inc. are looking for qualified Water/Fire Technicians.
We specialize in residential and commercial disaster cleanup: water damage mitigation which consists of water extraction, drying services, and restoration; fire damage which includes cleaning of contents and structure; and mold remediation/bio-hazard removal. We also clean carpet, upholstery, HVAC ducts, in addition to packing out contents and full construction services.Our business is an emergency service business who prides ourselves on 24/7 availability so flexibility is a must.
DUTIES
Perform water extraction and pack-out of contents Remove and dispose of any non-salvageable flooring that was affected by the water loss. Perform light construction demo upon approval.
Perform hard surface cleaning.
Support Team Members.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have the ability to communicate with others in written and verbal form.
Must be able to work for long periods of time in extreme temperatures both hot and cold.
Must be able to work in an environment that has suffered fire, water and wind damage.
Must be able to respond to service calls after-hours and during inclement weather.
Requires a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
Must be able to pass a background and drug screening.
IICRC certified a plus, but not mandatory.
Skills/Aptitude:
Water & smoke damage clean-up
Pack-in and pack-out of contents
