Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated full-time Paid Ads Specialist to join our dynamic digital marketing team. As a Paid Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding and managing paid ad accounts across platforms like GLSAs, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and more. While at least one year of ad management experience is required, some training will be provided. A background in digital marketing, data analytics, or a tech-related industry is desired.
Responsibilities:
1-Campaign Management and Optimization
- Onboarding clients and setting up ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Local Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook Ads.
- Managing existing ad campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.
- Listening to call recordings to qualify leads and disputing invalid ones with Google.
- Managing lead tracking numbers and creating landing pages for ad campaigns.
2-Client Communication and Reporting
- Creating monthly reporting videos to explain KPIs and campaign performance to clients.
- Regularly communicating with clients via email, phone calls, and Google Meet to address questions, provide updates, and offer suggestions for improving lead conversion rates.
- Coaching clients on best practices for optimizing their campaign results.
3-Innovation and Collaboration
- Exploring new advertising platforms, tools, and techniques (e.g., TikTok, Reddit).
- Collaborating with team members to meet deadlines and client requirements.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to strategic discussions.
4-Training and Professional Development
- Completing certifications in ad management through online courses.
- Adapting to new tools and technologies to improve campaign effectiveness.
5-Additional Digital Marketing Support
- Assisting with other digital marketing tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Must be a Tampa Bay Area resident for this position.
- Fluent and articulate writing and communication skills, including the ability to take client meetings and phone calls.
- Proficiency with technology and adaptability to new tools and platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills and flexibility in finding solutions.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles.
- Experience with data analysis and managing a professional workspace.
- 1 year of advertising experience through internships and/or previous roles.
- Desire to remain with a company long-term and grow within the role.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $20/hour
- Candidates with experience may be eligible for an increased starting rate
- Raises and Bonuses: Revisited quarterly based on measurable performance improvements (e.g., ad performance, client retention, etc). Not guaranteed.
- Schedule: Full-time, hourly
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
