K&M, a growing full-service advertising agency, is seeking an experienced and data-driven Digital Advertising Specialist to manage and execute campaigns for our Attraction and Sports Marketing clients.

Campaign Strategy & Planning:
- Collaborate with the account and strategy teams to develop comprehensive digital advertising strategies aligned with client business goals (e.g., ticket sales, merchandise revenue, attraction visitation).
- Research and identify target audiences, keywords, and media placement opportunities across various platforms.
Implementation & Execution:
- Build, launch, and manage campaigns across platforms including but not limited to: Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and programmatic media.
- Manage daily budget pacing, bid optimization, and trafficking of creative assets.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creative, and landing pages to maximize performance.
Optimization & Performance:
- Proactively monitor campaign performance, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for continuous optimization.
- Implement rigorous optimization techniques to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
Analysis & Reporting:
- Prepare detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports, clearly articulating campaign results, key takeaways, and actionable recommendations to both K&M leadership and clients.
- Ensure accurate tracking and measurement by collaborating with development teams on tag implementation and verification (e.g., Google Tag Manager, platform pixels).
- Where necessary, manage advertising APIs to feed data to client reporting dashboards/systems.
Industry Expertise:
- Stay current with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital advertising, particularly within the competitive Attraction and Sports Marketing verticals.
Qualifications
Required:
- 3 years of hands-on experience planning, implementing, and managing paid digital advertising campaigns within an agency or in-house marketing team.
- Deep proficiency with core digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data, draw meaningful conclusions, and formulate data-driven strategies.
Preferred:
- Previous experience working with clients in the Attraction or Sports Marketing industry.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant platforms.
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising platforms (DSPs) is a plus.
- A passion for sports.
