Essential Job Functions
- Provide professional, engaging, and friendly service at all times
- Set up and stock assigned work areas following fine-dining service standards
- Assist servers by inspecting stations for proper set-up and appearance
- Maintain table settings by clearing completed courses, replenishing utensils, and refilling water
- Clear and reset tables within established service timing standards
- Serve coffee, tea, water, bread, butter, and other food and beverage items as needed
- Support servers with all aspects of service while maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Clean service stations, fill ice bins, and restock items according to par levels
- Complete side duties and assist with dining room setup and breakdown
- Retrieve, polish, and store china, silverware, glassware, and stewarding items
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
- Minimum of 1-2 years of busser experience, preferably in a fine-dining or upscale restaurant environment
- Strong understanding of dining room operations and service procedures
- Self-motivated with a strong guest-service mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods
