Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented person to join our team as a Site Construction Foreman. In this vital role, you will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your expertise in construction in onsite supervision will drive project success while maintaining safety and quality protocols.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
- Manage dirtwork crews to ensure project is done correctly and within the correct time frame.
- Supervise construction site activities, including managing subcontractors and overseeing daily operations to meet safety standards like OSHA regulations.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.
Requirements
- Proven experience in earthwork construction with a strong background in supervising crew on jobsite.
- Extensive knowledge of construction site safety protocols including OSHA standards.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Excellent management skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively while ensuring quality control.
- Must have good driving record and be insurable.
